TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES
BENEFITS OF MEMBERS

Members enjoy preferential discounts on all services (other products that can be purchased at the Spa are not included).

Members enjoy a free facial in the month of their birthday.

Members can assign their monthly appointment to anyone, prior written notification to Beauty Forever Miami.

Members will enjoy a free service for each referred person who becomes a member.

Members will enjoy a discount of at least 16% on all Spa Pink events held during the year.

Members will get discounts on purchases made with third-party allies of Beauty Forever Miami. A separate document will detail what is expressed in this point.
MEMBERSHIP PRICE CHANGES
Following the initial term of your membership Beauty Forever Miami will give you 45 days’ advance written notice of any increase in the monthly payment under your membership to your email address on record with Beauty Forever Miami or to your last physical address known and such notice shall be effective on the date sent.
REGARDING SERVICE
Beauty Forever Miami only hires professional estheticians who meet the state, municipal and / or local licensing or certification requirements.
Members can request to see the license or certification of a particular beautician.
The services offered by Beauty Forever Miami are not a substitute for any medical service, and it is the member's responsibility to inform Beauty Forever Miami of any specific pre-existing condition, limitation or sensitivity.
The areas of the body on which Beauty Forever Miami applies its procedures are face, hands, forearms, neck, neckline and back.
If you experience discomfort or pain or feel uncomfortable for any reason during a service, agree to immediately ask the esthetician to adjust the manipulation, draping, pressure, heat or the environment or, if you prefer, you can ask the esthetician to end the service at any time. If the esthetician cannot relieve your discomfort after requesting an adjustment, you will inform the esthetician that you wish to terminate the service immediately, and will be entitled to a refund of the service payment
Inappropriate or illegal conduct will not be tolerated in any manner. Beauty Forever Miami may, in its sole discretion, refuse or discontinue a service if it determines such service may be unsafe or cause discomfort for you or if you engage in any inappropriate conduct as determined by Beauty Forever Miami in its sole discretion.
PAYMENT METHODS
The payment instruments must belong to the person receiving the service or their legal representative.
If the person receiving the service uses a payment method that does not belong to her (or him), she is automatically admitting that the owner of the payment instrument has authorized its use to pay for the services at Beauty Forever Miami Spa.
If the client uses a debit card to make payments for a payment plan, we will keep all the data of his payment method in jpg image format. If the client changes the payment method, the images will be replaced by those that save the information of the new payment method.
If the duration of the payment plan is greater than the term of validity of the payment method to be used, the latter may be rejected.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Beauty Forever Miami reserves the right to terminate or refuse to renew your agreement for any reason not prohibited by law including, but not limited to, an unsatisfactory payment history.
Beauty Forever Miami reserves the right to charge at any time any delinquent or outstanding balance that has not been paid for the services provided or the monthly payments due.
Beauty Forever Miami may defer payment for services rendered for two non-consecutive times within a calendar year. This kindness does not include the membership payment and can be requested by the member after the third payment of their membership.
The member can delay the application of any of its benefits for 30 calendar days without losing them.
Beauty Forever Miami will never enforce the membership agreement against the member heirs, although you can do so with respect to the member's legal representatives.
Beauty Forever Miami can assign or transfer this Agreement or any rights under it without prior notice unless otherwise required by law.
For purposes of identification and billing, you agree to provide Beauty Forever Miami with current, accurate, complete, and updated information including your name, address, telephone number, and applicable payment data.
You agree to notify Beauty Forever Miami promptly of any changes in your information, including your payment data.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of your membership shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of the agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Following the initial term of your membership Beauty Forever Miami will give 20 days advance written notice of any change in the membership agreement to the member email address on record with Beauty Forever Miami or to the member's last physical address known and such notice shall be effective on the date sent.
In the event of force majeure, or for any reason Beauty Forever Miami is prevented from offering its services, membership will be paused until services are resumed.
By receiving any service, the client or his legal representative accepts:
1. That topical creams, medical conditions, and medications can alter the outcome of a facial.
2. Full responsibility for skin reactions if you do not report inconsistencies prior to treatment.
3. That treatment may cause some redness and tenderness.
4. Do not expose yourself to excessive heat (sauna, jacuzzi), in the next 48 hours, or for the time suggested by the beautician.
5. Not hold the esthetician or the Beauty Forever Miami entity responsible for any adverse reaction resulting from the treatment received or the products used.
6. This document is valid for all visits from now on.
TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
Membership ends on the last day of the contracted period.
If for any reason the member decides to end the membership before the agreed date, he (she) may do so. In this case, Beauty Forever Miami reserves the right to offer the former member a new membership in the future.
No payment plan (understood as a membership or package) may be canceled before the first four payments due are met, or the payment of the amount corresponding to said first four payments.
If at the time of the termination decision the member has already paid the monthly fee, it will be fully refunded, provided that after paying it he (she) has not enjoyed any of the benefits to which he is entitled as a member. Said reimbursement proceeds in the circumstances described if the member has terminated four or more months of their membership. Once these conditions have been met, the refund will only proceed with respect to the month in which the membership is canceled.
In cases where the member has paid the membership in a single payment, the refund will not proceed under any circumstances.
With the purchase of any of our payment plans (understood as a membership or package), the purchaser confirms that has read and accepted everything that is expressed in all these terms and conditions.
The payment system will try to collect your monthly fee a second time if you fail on the first attempt. After the second failed attempt the system will cancel the membership and all benefits will be lost.
If, upon cancellation of the membership, there are pending payments and the client does not pay the amount owed after three notices by email, the amount owed will be multiplied by 100 and their payment will be heard in the court that Beauty Forever Miami Spa decides.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIFU
I understand that I am accepting full responsibility if I am using anticoagulants for less than one week prior to treatment and do not report it.
I understand that the treatment may cause some redness, bruising, and swelling. I agree not to expose myself to excessive heat (sauna, jacuzzi) in the next 72 hours or for the time suggested by the specialist.
I understand that I am accepting full responsibility for adverse reactions if contraindications are not reported prior to treatment.
I will not hold the specialist or the Beauty Forever Miami Spa entity responsible for adverse reactions resulting from the treatment received or the products used.
DISCRETIONARY AUTHORITY
The President of Beauty Forever Miami, once all those involved have been heard, can decide in a discretionary manner, in any of the matters regulated in these terms and conditions.
BENEFICIOS DE LOS MIEMBROS

Los socios disfrutarán de un descuento de al menos un 16% en todos los eventos Spa Pink que se celebren durante el año.

Los miembros obtendrán descuentos en compras realizadas con terceros aliados de Beauty Forever Miami. En documento aparte se detallará lo expresado en este punto.
CAMBIOS DE PRECIO DE MEMBRESÍA
Después del término inicial de su membresía, Beauty Forever Miami le enviará un aviso por escrito con 45 días de anticipación sobre cualquier aumento en el pago mensual de su membresía a su dirección de correo electrónico registrada con Beauty Forever Miami o a su última dirección física conocida y tal la notificación será efectiva en la fecha de envío.
SOBRE EL SERVICIO
Beauty Forever Miami solo contrata esteticistas profesionales que cumplen con los requisitos de licencia o certificación estatales, municipales y/o locales.
Los miembros pueden solicitar ver la licencia o certificación de una esteticista en particular.
Los servicios ofrecidos por Beauty Forever Miami no reemplazan ningún servicio médico, y es responsabilidad del miembro informar a Beauty Forever Miami sobre cualquier condición preexistente, limitación o sensibilidad específica.
Las zonas del cuerpo en las que Beauty Forever Miami aplica sus procedimientos son rostro, manos, antebrazos, cuello, escote y espalda.
Si experimenta molestias o dolor o se siente incómodo por cualquier motivo durante un servicio, acceda a pedir inmediatamente a la esteticista que ajuste la manipulación, el drapeado, la presión, el calor o el ambiente o, si lo prefiere, puede pedirle a la esteticista que finalice el servicio. en cualquier momento. Si el esteticista no puede aliviar su malestar después de solicitar un ajuste, le informará al esteticista que desea finalizar el servicio de inmediato y tendrá derecho a un reembolso del pago del servicio.
La conducta inapropiada o ilegal no será tolerada de ninguna manera. Beauty Forever Miami puede, a su exclusivo criterio, rechazar o interrumpir un servicio si determina que dicho servicio puede ser inseguro o causarle molestias o si participa en alguna conducta inapropiada según lo determine Beauty Forever Miami a su exclusivo criterio.
METODOS DE PAGO
Los instrumentos de pago deben pertenecer a la persona que recibe el servicio o a su representante legal.
Si la persona que recibe el servicio utiliza un método de pago que no le pertenece, automáticamente está admitiendo que el propietario del instrumento de pago ha autorizado su uso para pagar los servicios en Beauty Forever Miami Spa.
Si el cliente usa tarjeta de débito para abonar los pagos de un plan de pago, conservaremos todos los datos de su metodo de pago en formato de imágenes jpg. Si el cliente cambia de metodo de pago las imágenes serán sustituidas por las que guarden la información del nuevo metodo de pago.
Si la duración del plan de pagos es superior al termino de vigencia del metodo de pago a usar, este ultimo podrá ser rechazado.
OTROS TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES
Beauty Forever Miami se reserva el derecho de rescindir o negarse a renovar su acuerdo por cualquier motivo no prohibido por la ley, incluido, entre otros, un historial de pago insatisfactorio.
Beauty Forever Miami se reserva el derecho de cobrar en cualquier momento cualquier saldo moroso o pendiente que no haya sido pagado por los servicios prestados o los pagos mensuales adeudados.
Beauty Forever Miami puede diferir el pago de los servicios prestados por dos veces no consecutivas dentro de un año calendario. Esta bondad no incluye el pago de la membresía y puede ser solicitada por el socio luego del tercer pago de su membresía.
El afiliado puede retrasar la aplicación de cualquiera de sus beneficios por 30 días naturales sin perderlos.
Beauty Forever Miami nunca hará cumplir el contrato de membresía contra los herederos del miembro, aunque puede hacerlo con respecto a los representantes legales del miembro.
Beauty Forever Miami puede ceder o transferir este acuerdo o cualquiera de los derechos derivados del mismo sin previo aviso, a menos que la ley exija lo contrario.

Después del término inicial de su membresía, Beauty Forever Miami notificará por escrito cualquier cambio en el acuerdo de membresía con 20 días de anticipación a la dirección de correo electrónico del miembro registrada con Beauty Forever Miami o a la última dirección física conocida del miembro y dicho aviso deberá ser efectivo en la fecha de envío.
En caso de fuerza mayor, o por cualquier motivo Beauty Forever Miami no pueda ofrecer sus servicios, la membresía se suspenderá hasta que se reanuden los servicios.
Al recibir cualquier servicio, el cliente o su representante legal acepta:
1. Que las cremas tópicas, las condiciones médicas y los medicamentos pueden alterar el resultado de un tratamiento facial.
2. Responsabilidad total por las reacciones de la piel si no informa las inconsistencias antes del tratamiento.
3. Ese tratamiento puede causar algo de enrojecimiento y sensibilidad.
4. No exponerse a calor excesivo (sauna, jacuzzi), en las próximas 48 horas, o por el tiempo sugerido por la esteticista.
5. No responsabilizar a la esteticista oa la entidad Beauty Forever Miami por cualquier reacción adversa resultante del tratamiento recibido o de los productos utilizados.
6. Este documento es válido para todas mis visitas a partir de ahora.
TERMINACIÓN DE MEMBRESÍA
La afiliación finaliza el último día del período contratado.
Si por cualquier motivo el socio decide dar por terminada su afiliación antes de la fecha acordada, podrá hacerlo. En este caso, Beauty Forever Miami se reserva el derecho de ofrecer al antiguo miembro una nueva membresía en el futuro.
Ningún plan de pago (entendido como membresía o paquete) podrá ser cancelado antes de que se cumplan las primeras cuatro cuotas vencidas, o el pago del monto correspondiente a dichas primeras cuatro cuotas.
Si al momento de la decisión de baja el afiliado ya ha pagado la cuota mensual, ésta le será reembolsada íntegramente, siempre que después de pagarla no haya disfrutado de ninguno de los beneficios a los que tiene derecho como afiliado. Dicho reembolso procede en las circunstancias descritas si el afiliado ha terminado cuatro o más meses de su afiliación. Una vez cumplidas estas condiciones, sólo procederá la devolución respecto del mes en el que se da de baja la afiliación.
En los casos en que el socio haya pagado la membresía en un solo pago, no procederá la devolución en ningún caso.
Con la compra de cualquiera de nuestros planes de pago (entendido como membresía o paquete) el comprador confirma que ha leído y aceptado todo lo expresado en todos estos términos y condiciones.
El sistema de pago intentará cobrar su cuota mensual por segunda vez si falla en el primer intento. Después del segundo intento fallido, el sistema cancelará la membresía y se perderán todos los beneficios.
Si al cancelar la membresía existen pagos pendientes y el cliente no paga la cantidad adeuda después de tres avisos por correo electrónico, la cantidad adeudada se multiplicará por 100 y su pago será determinado por el tribunal que Beauty Forever Miami Spa decida. .
TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES GENERALES DE HIFU
Entiendo que acepto toda la responsabilidad si estoy usando anticoagulantes durante menos de una semana antes del tratamiento y no lo informo.
Entiendo que el tratamiento puede causar algo de enrojecimiento, moretones e hinchazón. Acepto no exponerme a calor excesivo (sauna, jacuzzi) en las próximas 72 horas o por el tiempo sugerido por el especialista.
Entiendo que acepto toda la responsabilidad por las reacciones adversas si no se informan las contraindicaciones antes del tratamiento.
No responsabilizaré al especialista ni a la entidad Beauty Forever Miami Spa por reacciones adversas derivadas del tratamiento recibido o de los productos utilizados.
AUTORIDAD DISCRECIONAL
El Presidente de Beauty Forever Miami, una vez oídos todos los involucrados, puede decidir de manera discrecional, en cualquiera de los asuntos regulados en estos términos y condiciones.
